# Security

We believe security is of the **highest importance** especially when managing a fund of this amount. Liquid capital has a few ways in which we will handle **emergency** **situations** through **preventative and reactive** means. Both the Portfolio Funds and the project wallet are **stored on a ledger** to prevent any hack or attempt to remove funds/NFTs. The funds/NFTs will never be moved from the Ledger.\
\
The founder / fund manager, Tokenguy, is the **sole individua**l with access to these wallets. His identity has been verified through a third party doxxing service. In case of an emergency or **debilitating circumstances**, the wallet key and recovery phrase will be sent to the team to continue forward or refund holders.

\
Staking will be required to participate in the revenue sharing. **Our staking is non-Custodial** - the NFT's stay in your wallet to alleviate any risks of the staking platform being compromised. The Funds will be **airdropped weekly** to those who have **paid royalties and are staked**.
